We do not, however, accept responsibility for the content of any emails that are sent between members. We have a ‘no abuse’ policy which means that all profiles and emails are scanned for inappropriate wording. If you continue to use abusive words then your membership will be cancelled.

No Infringement

Members represent and warrant that any content placed by Member on www.samsplans.com's site does not breach or infringe upon any third party's copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights and those Members have the right to publish such content.

Liability

Except in authorities were such provisions are restricted (and in that event liability is disclaimed to the fullest extent allowable by law), in no event will www.samsplans.com e liable to you or any third person for any indirect, important, exemplary, incidental, special or disciplinary damages, including also lost profits arising from your use of the site or the www.samsplans.com service, even if www.samsplans.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If www.samsplans.com receives repeated complaints about a Member from other Members or if any Member acts in a threatening, inappropriate, or disrespectful manner toward www.samsplans.com staff or other Members, it will cancel membership immediately.

Cancelling Your Membership

You can cancel your membership at any time on www.samsplans.com. However, you will not receive a refund, of membership fees paid.

No Responsibility

You acknowledge that we are not responsible for suspension of the Service, regardless of the cause of the interruption or suspension.

All Images submitted for display on a personal page are subject to approval by www.samsplans.com, at our sole discretion; no Images depicting pornographic or illegal activities will be displayed. We will be reviewing all content placed on the site. If we feel that it is not suitable we will not authorize the display of the content and may ask you to change what you have put. We will also review all photographs and if we feel they are not suitable they will not be used. Offensive language is NOT allowed on this site and measures have already been put in place to stop certain words being used. If you do not adhere to the above responsibilities we reserve right to cancel or restrict your membership.
